Why do Seed Venture Companies Fail?
Seed Venture mostly fail because they don’t have very good product market fit – but get funded anyway. Given the vast majority of founders that get funded don’t end up making any money – getting funded is not necessarily something that should be celebrated. They need the capital because the new venture is still trying to figure out a business. Which is why so many unfunded businesses succeed. The reason, is they have very strong market fit, and don’t need the money.
